One of the most unique ways to experience this music live is aboard the Audiosyncracy at Sea cruise! Audiosyncracy at Sea is a series of themed cruises featuring your favorite artists on first class ships heading to amazing destinations–like the biggest house concert you’ve ever experienced, with the added bonus of being on a beautiful cruise ship heading to awesome destinations.
We are pleased to announce that our 2018 cruise will be solo pianist Joseph Akins. The cruise will depart June 9, 2018 from Miami on the beautiful MSC Seaside, the newest ship in the MSC fleet. Join us on a 7-say Caribbean Cruise to the Caribbean, visiting St. Maarten, San Juan, and Nassau. In addition to exclusive concerts at sea with Dr. Akins, you’ll also be able to enjoy great group amenities, fun onboard group activities, and the chance to meet other great people like you who enjoy good music and good times.

HISTORY OF AUDIOSYNCRACY AT SEA
Audiosyncracy at Sea started in 2016 when Jamey, who owns a travel agency in New Braunfels, Texas with his wife Stacey, decided that it would be a good idea to blend his two passions: travel to amazing destinations and great music. We invited pianist Michele McLaughlin to join us as the featured performer on our inaugural sailing, and we were off! Michele performed three amazing concerts aboard the MSC Divina with a group of 30 people that included loyal fans of both Michele and the Audiosyncracy show and podcast. Our ship sailed from Miami and traveled to Nassau, San Juan, and St. Maarten. Everyone had a wonderful time, and several people–including Michele–joined in 2017 for our second sailing. Michele chronicled the adventure on her blog, which you can read here.
Our 2017 sailing, again on the beautiful MSC Divina, featured TWO great artists, pianist Elijah Bossenbroek and guitarist Matteo Palmer. Elijah pounded the ivories with his beautiful original piano compositions, and Matteo charmed audiences and entertained us on the balcony of the ship with his original guitar music on sea days in between visits to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and Nassau. Check out our photo gallery from the trip to see just how much fun we had!
It was a fantastic experience, and we are hoping that everyone will come back and join us in 2018 for our sailing on the MSC Seaside with the solo piano of Joseph Akins.
